Massachusetts’ 4th Congressional District gets to elect this guy to be their congressman in October.  In case you can’t tell, he’s a Kennedy. He’s a red haired Kennedy. And his grandfather is Bobby, the BEST Kennedy. I LOVE EVERYTHING.
